Store Manager

Description:

• The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations. The position is accountable for achieving sales while driving operational efficiencies and maximizing overall customer satisfaction. Also, the Store Manager is the one who leads the store associates to work together to ensure that customers receive excellent service while shopping in a clean, safe and well-stocked store.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience in performing managerial responsibilities, leading 10+ support/operations team in retail, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
• With experience working in the home improvement retail sector
• With excellent customer service orientation
• With strong working knowledge in computer applications
• With ability to coach and develop team members, provide feedback and get the best out of a team
• Willing to be transferred/relocated to other Triumph Home Depot branches

Assistant Store Manager

Description:

• The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day store operations. The position is accountable for achieving sales while driving operational efficiencies and maximizing overall customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager is expected to provide full leadership over the Store when the Store Manager is not around.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in performing managerial responsibilities, leading support/operations associates in retail, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
• With experience working in the home improvement retail sector
• With excellent customer service orientation
• With strong working knowledge in computer applications
• Willing to be transferred/relocated to other Triumph Home Depot branches
